My fee for a behavioural consultation is £180 including travel, although London congestion charges and parking fees may also be applicable. If you have a current pet insurance policy then this fee is often covered as I am a full member of the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors (APBC). Please contact your insurance company prior to arranging the consultation.
The fee is payable in full at the time of the consultation, by cheque or cash, and a receipt will be issued with your written report. If necessary I can make direct insurance claims on your behalf provided prior written authority is obtained from your insurance company.
