My fee for the initial behavioural consultation plus follow-up consultation is £400 in total including travel, for local consultations. Consultations outside a 30 mile radius of Alton and under a 50 mile radius are charged at £420; consultations within London (exceptional circumstances only) and/or outside a 50 mile radius of Alton are charged at £450. London congestion charges and parking fees may also be applicable and will be discussed at the time of booking. If you have a current pet insurance policy then this fee is often covered. Please contact your insurance company prior to arranging the consultation. Regretfully, I cannot offer a direct claims service with your insurance company.
The fee is payable in full at the time of the first consultation by cheque, card or cash, and a receipt will be issued with your written report.
